Tasks that await you

  • Identify the partnerships needed to operate locally;
  • Onboard and coordinate local partners and stakeholders
  • Work with the expansion team to determine go-to cities;
  • Build launch and expansion strategies;
  • Work cross-functionally with the BD, Operations, and Growth teams to implement the launch strategy.

We expect that you

  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment;
  • A complete understanding of the local market and the ability to deep-dive into it;
  • A results-oriented attitude with a strong bias toward action (you will spend a lot of time in the field and need to be autonomous, self-reliant, and resourceful);
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build relationships;
  • A get-it-done attitude (you will need to execute quickly and get a lot done in limited time periods with limited resources);
  • A passion for challenges and a hands-on attitude (you’re comfortable working under tight deadlines and are ready to roll up your sleeves);
  • Fluency in French and English.
