Tasks that await you
You will be responsible for market research to better understand the industry and core players. Additionally, you will analyze competitor products and their positions on the market to create an efficient sales strategy.
Sales and business development
You will proactively reach out to potential partners and manage the entire sales cycle, as well as present and showcase IT products and services that align with client needs. You will also participate in industry conferences and events to advance the company’s offerings. Additionally, you will help launch new publisher accounts in collaboration with the account management team, as well as identify and seek out opportunities to improve our processes, collaborate with customer service, and develop regional strategy initiatives.
Reporting and feedback
You will regularly report on sales activities and market trends, and provide feedback to headquarters on regional needs and opportunities.
We expect that you
- Are fluent in Chinese and English
- Have a proven track record of success in sales/business development, preferably in the digital advertising or marketing industries
- Have strong communication, negotiation and networking skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Know how to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
- Have ability to give and receive open feedback
