Business Development Manager

Toloka is a crowdsourcing platform that unites millions of people around the world who collect and process data to deliver superior data solutions for our global customers.

Crowdsourcing is used to collect and annotate high-quality data (voice, text, image, video) used in machine learning, research, testing, technical support, and moderation. Toloka crowd-labeled data is the core input for our customers across the areas of driverless vehicles, IT, e-commerce, online marketplaces, banks, manufacturing, and retail as well as other industries. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to increase our sales in Russia.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to win new client accounts in order to accelerate Toloka’s growth in the Russian market
  • Manage client accounts to help deliver their business success and build strong, sustainable, and long-term client relationships
  • Maintain a deep understanding of information relevant to the client’s industry and business in order to identify suitable opportunities
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for new accounts and report market progress

Qualifications:

  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluent written/verbal communication skills in Russian and C1 proficiency in English
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles (ideally B2B)
  • Strong network of senior business contacts and existing client base
  • Ability to travel internationally to increase our sales in Russia
