Business Development Manager

Yandex is actively pushing international advertising on the company’s mobile product platform. On the one hand, we attract advertisers who need international traffic, and on the other, an international supply-side platform where sites and advertising networks can sell advertising space.

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in publisher sales to expand revenue opportunities and promote the Yandex Ad Network platform among leading mobile publishers. This role will require a deep understanding of publisher needs and goals as well as the desire to help mobile publishers recognize opportunities for improved monetization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of the Yandex Ad Network monetization platform among leading mobile app publishers
  • Recognize opportunities to partner with mobile app developers and publishers, drive significant value for them, and maximize the strengths of the entire suite of Yandex products
  • Contribute insights for world-class publishers on their monetization strategies
  • Lead all aspects of publisher engagement through a consultative sales process and long-term business relationship
  • Own and lead negotiations and solidify commercial agreements with senior-level publisher executives
  • Help launch new publisher accounts in collaboration with the account management team
  • Identify and seek out opportunities to improve our processes, collaborate with customer service and regional strategy initiatives
  • Synthesize customer feedback to help advocate our product roadmap and develop the Yandex value proposition
  • Work cross-functionally and creatively utilize our entire organization to develop new partnerships
  • Represent Yandex at industry conferences and events and participate in industry panels when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of the in-app market
  • Strong business strategy skills for developing mobile product roadmaps, monetization, and more
  • Fluent English
  • Proven track record in business development (relationships with investors, publishers, partners, ad networks, and stores)
  • Experience developing marketing strategies for mobile products and overseeing campaigns
