Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Türkiye and contribute to the enhancement of technologies at the intersection of search and generative AI. Yandex Search based on generative AI is a powerful tool that helps you quickly find information, products, and services, and also answers your questions using information from the web. It understands text, voice, and images, and provides results in Turkic languages, English, and Russian.

Tasks that await you

Business development and partnership management
You will analyze partner businesses and implement a distribution strategy in collaboration with them in Türkiye.

Negotiations and cross-functional coordination
You will conduct negotiations with representatives of commercial and quasi-government companies. You will also work cross-functionally and enhance ties with neighboring units and the back office.

Target setting and reporting
You will set targets and create a plan for achieving KPIs. You will also draft monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and yearly plans

We expect that you

Have experience in the B2B market and working with major clients
Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and deliver professional partner presentations
Understand the telecom, e-commerce, fintech, and retail industries in Türkiye
Work with documents and agreements in accordance with local legislation
Are fluent in English and Turkic languages
Have experience managing project distribution across the MEA region
