Business Development Manager
Yandex is looking for a BDM to identify new partners and establish long-lasting relationships with them in Brazil. Apply if you have entrepreneurial drive and the desire to develop a market from scratch. An awareness of the ecom and retail market in Brazil will help you to succeed in this role.

Tasks that await you

  • Recognize opportunities and arrange meetings with decision-makers for ecommerce and retail clients, drive significant value for them, and maximize our strengths in Brazil
  • Provide insights into local market needs
  • Lead all aspects of negotiations through a consultative sales process and long-term business relationship
  • Own and lead negotiations and solidify commercial agreements with senior-level executives on the client side
  • Help launch new clients in collaboration with the account management team
  • Synthesize customer feedback to help advocate for our product roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally and creatively utilize our entire organization to develop new partnerships
  • Represent Yandex at industry conferences and events, including participation in industry panels when appropriate

We expect that you

  • Good understanding of the ecommerce and retail market in Brazil
  • Knowledge of top players and ability to reach decision-makers there
  • General idea of digital advertising
  • Fluency in English & Portuguese is a must.
