Yandex Practicum is an online education service where everyone can gain skills for work and life. The Practicum team is proliferating, and we are restructuring processes and entering international markets. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to help us with this ambitious task. The role is relevant to candidates who are familiar with the SaaS or service business and training/skilling industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Identify, close, and manage commercial relationships in a B2B environment
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and complete feedback loops
  • Work closely with the chief business development officer and general manager on company expansion in the region
  • Report on KPIs for partnership activities within the role

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record establishing senior-level, long-term client relationships to generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities with strategic accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and business development skills
  • Knowledge of various sales CRM and engagement tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
  • Self-motivated, organized, and high energy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good at creating workarounds
  • Passion for education

Preferred qualifications:

  • B2B EdTech or learning and development experience
  • Experience networking with IT sector companies and learning and development professionals
