Agency Partnership Development Manager, Asia

The Yandex International Sales Department is looking for an Agency Partnership Development Manager for the Asian market. You should be a strong, experienced leader to grow our current advertising business in Asia. In this role, you will identify prospective clients and partners while also representing other Yandex interests in Asia. You should be comfortable with fast-paced work and passionate about upselling, client relations, and technology. This role is based in Asia (all countries except China).

Tasks that await you

  • Develop new clients and digital agencies
  • Build C-level relationships to help grow the current client base
  • Exceed sales, advertiser growth, and other goals
  • Work closely with the APAC office to identify prospective leads
  • Assist in marketing activities in Asia
  • Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development

We expect that you

  • 3+ years of digital advertising, cross-border e-commerce, or other relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and business development background
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Ability to build relationships by employing a consultative sales approach with partners
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

It'd be a plus if you

  • Familiarity with the digital advertising industry and strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders
