Monitor office conditions and service quality (cleaning, coffee and snack supply, internet, furniture)
Deal with the landlord and other suppliers to coordinate document workflow and process orders and payments
Take responsibility for office procurement, appliance availability, and budget limits, placing orders in advance to ensure the office is efficiently stocked
Deal with state authorities and consultancies
We expect that you
3+ years of experience in administrative and office care
Ability to learn quickly and meet short deadlines
Resistance to stress, coordination and multitasking ability
Good communication skills, friendly and service-oriented approach, willingness to be a contact person for many people and inquires
