Account Manager ROW (International Department)

Tasks that await you

  • Efficiently manage, optimize, and grow ad campaigns for your assigned accounts in order to meet quotas, including for focused products
  • Develop client strategies for digital marketing with clearly defined metrics and a strategic plan per quarter and year (including strategy articulation, strategic initiatives, and expected financial returns), align the Yandex strategy with client business priorities
  • Monitor and analyze client ad campaigns and proactively take initiative to improve results by offering data-driven business insights
  • Take part in quarterly business reviews, regular meetings, and joint planning (including marketing events)
  • Work closely with a virtual account team made up of product managers, media planners, marketing specialists, and executives, establish a regular business rhythm
  • Take ownership of the technical side of client campaigns, take part in quarterly business reviews, regular meetings, and joint planning (including marketing events)
  • Support relationships with relevant agencies

We expect that you

  • Background in advertising or digital marketing
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Fundamental knowledge of online advertising platforms (Yandex.Direct, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English
  • Experience in client relationship management
