Quality Manager in Smart Devices
Yandex manufactures millions of smart devices like AI speakers, TVs, and smart home appliances. Our mission is to elevate the quality of these products by improving processes, design, fabrication, and infrastructure to ensure an outstanding global customer experience. This goal demands effective yet collaborative management of our partners in China and close coordination with Yandex’s development teams. We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Shenzhen and lead the effort to turn this vision into reality.
Tasks that await you
Product quality improvement
You will be improving quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure products meet market quality standards.

Partner monitoring and supporting
You will conduct quality and process audits for ODM/OEM partners, supporting them in adopting best industry practices to enhance their processes.
Quality issue management
You will manage product quality troubleshooting efforts with ODM/OEM partners
We expect that you
- Hold a Master's degree in electronics design, technology, and/or manufacturing
- Have 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry (quality team)
- Are experienced in quality management, supplier quality management, and product quality management
- Possess strong experience in electronics production and testing processes (including SMT)
- Are familiar with QSA/QPA audits and can perform them
- Have good analytical skills
- Are fluent in English at the B2/C1 level
- Have HSK 4-level Chinese proficiency
- Are based in Shenzhen
