«BURA / 31» brings to life the classic and beloved Russian/ex-USSR card game "Bura". Also called "31" ("Thirty-One"), the goal is simple: be the first to score 31 points in a round.
"Bura" isn't just about luck. It's a game of daring decisions! The main intrigue comes from cards discarded face-down. You never know the exact point value of a trick you take, adding deep layers of risk, psychology, and intense calculation in the gameplay.
Collect powerful combinations like the instant-win "Bura" (three trumps) or the formidable "Moscow" (three Aces) to seize the initiative. Goal: Win a match by being the first to win 21 rounds (a "rubber") or 11 rounds (a "small rubber"). Gameplay: ● The Deal: Each player gets 3 cards. A trump suit is revealed – it beats all other suits. ● The Trick: A player leads with one or more cards of a single suit. The next player must "beat" them with higher cards of the same suit or use trumps. If they can't, they discard their cards face-down, hiding the points! ● Result: Highest cards take the trick. All players draw back to 3 cards. ● Key Decision: The player who took the trick can either make another move or risk a "REVEAL" – to count the points in their collected tricks. ("Space" key on desktop) ● Winning the Round: Revealing with 31+ points wins instantly! Fewer points brings a penalty.
