DSP
Demand-Side Platform — An automated system on the advertiser's side that prepares and publishes advertising materials. The DSP interacts with the Yandex SSP.
Yandex SSP
The Supply-Side Platform is a technology platform that represents the interests of advertising sites in the RTB system.
RTB host
Selects advertising materials for publishing by holding an automated auction. The auction includes offers from multiple DSPs.
Endpoint device
A computer, laptop, or mobile device that displays an ad.
Creative
Advertising materials and various reference parameters.
Consumer
A person who views an ad on the endpoint device.
Advertising materials
Images, audio recordings, and videos included in an auction.
Site
Publishes an ad on HTML pages.
Note
OpenRTB calls the site Publisher, but the direct translation of this term into Russian distorts the meaning.
Bidder
Bidder is the URL that is used when sending a request to the DSP.
