# Introduction

The Management API gives you access to numerous Yandex Metrica features. For example, you can use it to:

- managing counters (getting counter information, creating, editing, and deleting);
- managing goals;
- managing operations and filters;
- managing accounts and access;
- managing delegates (creating, changing, and deleting).

To demonstrate the features of the Management API, the reference guide includes examples of interaction with Yandex Metrica. The methods in the examples return sample data that all users can view.
