Processing orders with digital goods

Get a list of orders — method POST v1/businesses/{businessId}/orders. If the order contains digital goods, in the shipping information delivery in the parameter type the value will return DIGITAL.

Check the parameter value delivery.digitalGoods.type — it determines how to transfer the product to the buyer:

If no method of receipt is specified for the product, the Market uses EMAIL.

• EMAIL — The activation code is sent by mail. After the order status changes PROCESSING within 30 minutes, use the method POST v2/campaigns/{campaignId}/orders/{orderId}/deliverDigitalGoods. The market will send an email with the code and instructions to the buyer by mail.

• ACTIVATION_CODE — the activation code in the order on the Market. After the order status changes PROCESSING within 30 minutes, use the method POST v2/campaigns/{campaignId}/orders/{orderId}/deliverDigitalGoods. The customer will receive instructions and a code in a chat with the store, and they will be able to copy the code in the order list.

• STEAM_GIFT — The game is a gift on Steam. In the method's response POST v1/businesses/{businessId}/orders in the parameter delivery.digitalGoods.steamLink there will be a link from the buyer to add friends on the Steam platform. Click on the link, add the buyer as a friend and send him the game. Send the status that the order has been delivered to Yandex.Market within three hours. — using methods PUT v2/campaigns/{campaignId}/orders/{orderId}/status or POST v2/campaigns/{campaignId}/orders/status-update or on the order page.

• CHAT — games and products in a chat with a customer on the Market. Give the buyer the certificate or the method of receiving the digital product in a chat with the store. After that, send the status to Yandex.Market that the order has been delivered. — using methods PUT v2/campaigns/{campaignId}/orders/{orderId}/status or POST v2/campaigns/{campaignId}/orders/status-update or on the order page.
