# तकनीकी त्रुटियाँ

उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा गेम खोलने या कोई विशेष कार्रवाई पूरी करने के बाद कोई तकनीकी नोटिफिकेशन, त्रुटियां, क्रैश या फ़्रीज़ नहीं आते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, स्क्रीन को घुमाना, गेम में लंबे समय तक टैप करना, जेस्चर पूरा करना या स्वाइप करना, ब्राउज़र को छोटा करना, विज्ञापन खोलना या ब्राउज़र इतिहास से किसी पेज पर जाना।

खेल को सही ढंग से काम करना चाहिए:

- सही तरीके से [लोड](#loading) होना।
- [हैंग](#lags) नहीं होना, जिसमें डेड-एंड स्क्रीन शामिल नहीं हैं जहाँ से दूसरी विंडो में जाना, गेम को फिर से शुरू करना या नया खेल शुरू करना संभव न हो।

अगर आपको लगता है कि आपके गेम में कोई तकनीकी त्रुटि नहीं है और इसे गलती से पब्लिश होने से रोक दिया गया है या अनपब्लिश कर दिया गया है — नीचे दिए गए फॉर्म को भरें।

गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण सेवा समाधान को दोबारा जाँचेगी और गेम को वापस कर देगी अगर इसे गलत तरीके से ब्लॉक किया गया हो।
