# Launching advertising in Yandex Direct

We recommend that you start promoting your games by launching ads in Yandex Direct. To set up an ad campaign, study the [training materials](https://yandex.com/adv/edu) and [Yandex Direct Help](https://yandex.com/support/direct/index.html){.external}.

When you create a campaign, go to the settings and prohibit serving ads on Yandex Games. This prevents you from attracting old users of the platform, for whom you don't receive any revenue. To do this:

1. Open [Yandex Direct](https://direct.yandex.com/){.external}.
1. Go to **Campaigns**.
1. 1. Click **Advanced settings → Sites where impressions are blocked**.
1. Click **Add** and list the sites:

   ```text
   com.yandex.games, context_dsp.yandex.ru, game.yandex.com, game.yandex.ru, games.yandex.com, games.yandex.com.tr, games.yandex.ru, m.games.yandex.com, m.games.yandex.ru, ru.yandex.games, s3.yandex.net
   ```

1. Click **Done** and then **Save** at the bottom of the page.
