2. Geotargeting — Russia (geotargeting cannot be changed).
3. The category “Cinema and Entertainment” includes advertising of movies (premieres and other movies in cinemas, on TV, DVDs and/or CDs, on-line, cinemas and TV channels), TV channels and certain programs on these channels, music events and public entertainments, theater productions, etc.
4. Advertising materials may be displayed on mobile devices and/or mobile applications, however such an option is not guaranteed.
5. Any 3 days of placement in one calendar month are available for the package “Branding of KinoPoisk pages for categories other than ‘Cinema and Entertainment’ (for brands)”.
6. The banner with embedded commercial shall be deemed to be displayed both whenever the banner is displayed directly with the commercial and with a dummy image.
7. Video and audio information shall meet the requirements stated in Flash Banners, Audio and Video. Advertising Requirements available in the Internet at: https://yandex.com/adv/requirements/flash, except for subcl. 5, cl. 14 of the said document.
8. Advertising materials shall also meet the requirements stated in the General Rules for Advertisers Creating Advertising Materials for KinoPoisk available in the Internet at: https://yandex.com/adv/requirements/kinopoisk.
9. When calculating the cost of the services, seasonal rates apply.
