1. Who can take the test?
The test is open for everyone with a Yandex.Passport account, but assumes a certain level of experience with Yandex services.
2. What is the passing grade?
If you answer 40 or more questions correctly, the attempt will be considered successful and you will receive a certificate issued using the name and surname from your Yandex.Passport account.
3. How many times can I take the test?
There is no limit to the number of times you take the test. If you are unsuccessful the first time, you can try again a week later. If you don’t pass your second attempt, then you’ll have to wait three months for your next chance. Any further attempts will come after a three-month wait period.
4. My certificate is set to expire soon. What should I do?
Your first opportunity to take the test will become available one month before the expiration date. If you are unsuccessful the first time, you will be able to attempt again a week later. After two failed tests, the interval between attempts will increase to three months.
5. Where can I see all of the certificates I’ve received?
You can find all of your certificates on the My Certificates page. There you can also find a special public link that you can use to show your certificates to other people.
6. How can I receive a paper copy of my certificate?
We only issue electronic certificates. To check the authenticity of a certificate, just visit the certificate authentication page , and enter the holder’s surname and certificate number.
7. How can I receive an electronic version of my certificate?
You can download your certificates from the My Certificates page.
