We expect that you
- Have worked as a PPC manager or traffic manager for at least two years
- Are fluent in English
- Are highly knowledgeable in advertising systems like Google Ads, TikTok, and Facebook
- Have experience evaluating traffic acquisition from various sources
- Have worked with analytical systems and understand attribution models, cohort analysis, and the calculation of micro and macro conversions and business metrics
- Have been responsible for working with performance creatives using internal teams or contractors, including preparing briefs for creative production and ensuring production quality
- Are proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Think structurally, are meticulous, and care about quality
- Are committed to achieving tangible results
It'd be a plus if you
- Have experience working with CPA networks (for example: admitad, adv cake)
