International Business Development Manager (Turkey)
The Director of International Development will focus on promoting Yandex products in the local market of Turkey and collaborating with partners on commercial, legal, GR, and other issues.

Tasks that await you

  • Market analysis and strategy development, including thorough market research to understand the regional IT landscape, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Development and implementation of effective strategies to expand the company's market presence
  • Client relationship management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying and cultivating potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Sales and negotiation, including representing the company in negotiations and sales meetings, and driving sales growth by presenting products and services that meet client needs
  • Product and service promotion, including conducting presentations and demonstrations of IT products and services, and attending trade shows and conferences to promote the company’s offerings
  • Language and cultural mediation, including using language skills to bridge communication gaps, and adapting communication strategies to align with the cultural nuances of different regions
  • Reporting and feedback, including regularly reporting on sales activities and market trends, and providing feedback to headquarters on regional needs and opportunities
  • Team collaboration, including working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align regional activities with overall company goals, and participating in cross-functional projects as needed

  • Have proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT sector
  • Have established a wide business network in the region and are committed to further developing it
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Know how to work independently and in a team
  • Are willing to travel within the region
