We are currently looking for an Event Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the organization and execution of both internal and external events. This includes corporate events, cultural and adaptation meetups, community gatherings, film nights, sports events, educational initiatives, and more. The role involves leading internal promotional activities to boost event visibility and participation, conducting detailed short and long-term event planning, and playing an active role in measuring event success to continuously improve outcomes. The Event Manager will also be in charge of preparing event budgets and ensuring strict adherence to them while maintaining creativity.

Organization and execution of internal events
You will be responsible for the end-to-end organization of events (corporate events, cultural and adaptation meetups, community meetups, film nights, sport events, and more), leading their internal promotional activities and measuring their success to continually improve results.

Organization and execution of external events
You will be responsible for the end-to-end organization of events (educational initiatives, meetups, and more), leading their external promotional activities, and measuring their success to continually improve results.

Budget management
You will prepare and manage event budgets.

Event planning
You will also conduct short and long-term planning for events.

• Have proven experience as an event manager in Serbia
• Are skilled in project management
• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Are customer-service oriented
• Have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Serbian and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus
