Business Development Manager (Türkiye)
Yandex is looking to enhance its app monetization solution in the international publisher market. The company's solutions enable mobile developers globally to generate revenue through ad monetization technologies. Easy Monetization is a Yandex service that facilitates the monetization of mobile apps, and is aimed at helping publishers increase their revenue.

Currently, we are are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional in Türkiye to support our operations.

Tasks that await you

Sales and business development
You will support sales by managing the entire sales cycle, as well as presenting and showcasing IT products and services that align with client needs. You will also participate in industry conferences and events to advance the company’s offerings.

Team collaboration
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to coordinate regional activities with the company’s overarching goals and participate in cross-functional projects as necessary. In addition, you will be responsible for providing reports and feedback, including regular updates on sales activities and market trends, and conveying regional insights and opportunities to headquarters.

We expect that you

  • Are fluent in both Turkish and English
  • Have a proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the digital advertising or marketing sectors
  • Have strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, and are able to have rapport and influence on decision-makers
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Know how to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Are skilled in giving and receiving straightforward feedback
